Opportunities

Volunteers will assist with unloading and loading the supply vehicles in the Waltham Warehouse for the 2026 event season. We are flexible with the timeframe and will be ordering lunch for the volunteers!Does require stairs. 

Unloading and distributing supplies, setting up tents, tables, and chairs,  hanging banners and signage, decorating tents and tables (heavy lifting required ≤50lbs)

Setting up/tearing down packet pick up event area, organizing supplies, passing out participant packets, t-shirts, goodie bags, and other information, providing excellent customer service, assisting Society staff as needed. 

Checking participants in/out, assigning housing/sleeping quarters to participants, providing great customer service.

Sit at a table outside the cafeteria making sure that participants have their wristband to eat breakfast. There are two shifts so that volunteers will have time to eat breakfast as well.

In partnership with a staff member or lead volunteer, checking in volunteers, ensuring paperwork is turned in and volunteers receive a t-shirt and instructions for their volunteer shift.
