The Spirit Team is a group of people who cheer on event participants from the start and finish lines. Sometimes there are opportunities to hand out mementos/medals, but generally this role is all about creating a fun environment and inviting others into it! Be creative with your fun, using costumes, signs, noise makers, etc to create a memorable experience for everyone.
