Each year, thousands of people across the country join the Bike MS volunteer team.

From planning event details and calling past participants to providing safety and support for riders at the event, volunteers make Bike MS happen, and are the foundation of why Bike MS is the largest cycling fundraising event in the country.

Volunteer Roles 

Follow the link that matches the day(s) you wish to volunteer at a rest stop. We also have safety team positions available along with registration the Sunday before the ride begins

Day 1: Ottertail to Fergus Falls (7/24/2023)

Day 2: Fergus Falls to Wadena (7/25/2023)

Day 3: Wadena Loop (7/26/2023)

Day 4: Wadena to Long Prairie (7/27/2023)

Day 5: Long Prairie to Ottertail (7/28/2023)
