The Volunteer Check In Lead creates a working infrastructure throughout the event. Key Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with Staff to gain full understanding of volunteer needs
• Run event volunteer check-in and direct volunteers to areas in need
• Manage large groups of volunteers in multiple locations
• Serve as liaison between Staff and volunteers on event day
