- Welcomes Top Fundraisers into the TFA Area. Provides information and able to answer general questions.
- Stationed at the step-and-repeat display to assist TF participants take photos. Can use their personal photography equipment, cell phone or participants cell phone. If more than one in TFA area, can take candid photos around the area.
- Setting up/taking down the food and beverage area. Provide an elevated food and beverage experiencence to TFs, set out water and other beverages, serve coffee (if not self-serve) lay out snacks. Keep area clean.
- Pick up and emptying trash and recycles bins and generally keeping area clean and safe. Restock water and ice. Periodic checks on portos that they have toilet paper, etc.
