Setting up/tearing down packet pick up event area, organizing supplies, passing out participant packets, t-shirts, goodie bags, and other information, providing excellent customer service, assisting Society staff as needed.

Standing or sitting at the start/finish line to cheer on participants, using noise makers, handing out medals, often these volunteers are asked to bring encouraging signs or cheering swag from home to the event. Late shifts may be asked to help clear up as the event draws to a close. 

**Select your own start and finish time between 8 AM and 5 PM or join us for one our two established shifts! If you sign up for a custom shift time, add your times available in the "Response Notes" section.

Volunteers assisting in the VIP Tent will help with the following tasks:  Assisting VIP participants at the reception area. Tasks may include setting up/breaking down area, decorating, providing great customer service, and checking on access credentials.

Using personal photography equipment, capture event including team photos, start & finish line photos, route photos, & festival area photos. Volunteer Photographers are expected to share full rights to digital media with the MS Society in-kind. 

Setting up and organizing food service area, handing out food to participants, cleaning up area and putting away supplies.

Helping staff with various tasks throughout the event, setting up/tearing down event site, communicating with other volunteers,  filling in for others on an "as needs" basis (lifting may be required)

Hands out shirts & medals to riders at the booth with excellent customer service. Setting up/breaking down area with appropriate supplies and managing the area during the event. This position can be seated but may need slight movement and lifting for restocking.
