Like bicycle riders, all motorcycle marshals are required to wear a helmet. Current policy does not allow trikes or other motorcycle variations with more than two wheels, sidecars, or trailers towed behind the motorcycle.

Volunteer: Bike MS: Colorado 2026 - Rest Stop 4: Galeton Elementary School (Sunday)

Rest stops are points along the route where cyclists can take a break and grab food/beverages.

We are looking for groups of volunteers that are friendly, cheerful, and excited as riders stop! You'll be asked to keep the refreshments, ice, and snacks replenished! 

Ideally, we'll have one or two "rest stop captains" who will communicate with NMSS staff for any needs. 

Instructions to register as a group:

Determine your rest stop captain, select "respond as a team" Click "add me" to add yourself as captainAdd your group members. If you're unsure who your group members are, please reserve your spots by entering your group size in the drop-down menu. Send the team registration link so they can sign up. 

We will provide:

all necessary supplies for rest stop set-up (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)all necessary event signage or event materials snacks and beverages 

What you can bring but are not required:

we love to see our volunteers decorate their tents in theme! This year our theme is "Greatest Ride On Earth", but feel free to make it your own! NMSS volunteer shirt (if you already own one) OR group/company t-shirtcheer supplies and great energy!
