Unloading and distributing supplies, setting up tents, tables, and chairs, hanging banners and signage, decorating tents and tables (heavy lifting required ≤50lbs)

Help with indoor ballroom set-up, rest stop bin organization, and prep for event as needed

Setting up/tearing down packet pick up event area, organizing supplies, passing out participant packets, t-shirts, goodie bags, and other information, providing excellent customer service, assisting Society staff as needed.

Setting up/tearing down event area, organizing supplies. Keeping an eye on participant t-shirts, helping with sizes, and keeping t-shirts stocked & organized. Training Day of.

Handing out jerseys to qualifying participants.

This table will be during Packet Pick Up. Providing excellent customer service for participants and guests if they need to buy additional food wristbands for the weekend. Setting up/tearing down event area, organizing supplies, Training Day of.

Checking bikes in/out of secured area as needed, ensuring cyclists receive great customer service.

Checking in volunteers as needed and making sure they have all materials needed for their shift/weekend.

Using personal photography equipment, capture event including team photos, start & finish line photos, route photos, & festival area photos. Volunteer Photographers are expected to share full rights to digital media with the MS Society in-kind. 

Handing out IRWMS (I Ride with MS) jerseys to riders living with MS.

*The medical support team consists of certified medical professionals (EMT, EMS, RN, etc) who administer First-Aid to Bike MS event participants.* This volunteer position is not a bike-riding position.

Standing at the finish line to cheer on participants, using noise makers, often these volunteers are asked to bring encouraging signs or cheering swag from home to the event.

*The medical support team consists of certified medical professionals (EMT, EMS, RN, etc) who administer First-Aid to Bike MS event participants. This position will be along the route.
