This is one of our most popular tents—where cyclists who raised $300 or more stop to receive their commemorative T-shirt and medal. Volunteers will help celebrate our cyclists’ amazing accomplishments while handing out well-earned gear and big congratulations!

Key Responsibilities:

Standing or sitting at the start/finish line to cheer on participants, using noise makers, handing out medals, often these volunteers are asked to bring encouraging signs or cheering swag from home to the event. Late shifts may be asked to help clear up as the event draws to a close.**Select your own start and finish time between 8 AM and 5 PM or join us for one our two established shifts! If you sign up for a custom shift time, add your times available in the "Response Notes" section.

Organizing supplies, jerseys, and other vintage clothing, assisting guests with donating via QR code links posted at the tent to purchase items online, keeping area tidy, and providing excellent customer service.

• Directing cyclists in bike parking
• Confirming that bikes match the number on the participant’s bib
• Assisting our I ride with MS participants with their bikes post-ride

Volunteers assisting in the VIP Tent will help with the following tasks:  Assisting VIP participants at the reception area. Tasks may include setting up/breaking down area, decorating, providing great customer service, and checking on access credentials.

Using personal photography equipment, capture event including team photos, start & finish line photos, route photos, & festival area photos. Volunteer Photographers are expected to share full rights to digital media with the MS Society in-kind.
