 First Aid Volunteers consists of certified First Aid (EMT, EMS, RN, Medical/Nursing Students/First Aid certification etc.) who administer First-Aid to event participants.  Start/Finish line shifts can be split.

Amateur radio operators are assigned to different rest stop locations along the route. This is a one or two-day commitment, depending on your location.

Volunteer duties include setting up/taking down the site, running hydration/fruit stations, serving food and beverages to participants, providing excellent customer service. (Occasional lifting may be required).
