Responsibilities include:
- Picking up the Bike Truck in the Bryan-College Station area (Friday afternoon)
- Picking up "bike paper" from logistics team at Kyle Field Finish Line (Friday afteroon)
- Stage truck in Lot 61 at assist riders with the loading of their bikes (Friday afternoon)
- Truck departs at 6:00pm to Houston-area hotel provided by the MS Society (Friday evening)
- Help riders retrieve bikes from truck and load rider luggage onto the truck starting at 5:15am (Saturday morning)
- Drive truck to Energy Corridor start line and assist with transfer of luggage to the start line luggage truck (Saturday morning)
- Drive truck back to Bryan-College Station area and return to provider (Saturday morning)
