Volunteers make Bike MS possible! Take a look at all the ways you can get involved.

Whether you are able to volunteer for two hours or two days, you can make your mark on the movement by sharing your talents and giving your time.

Keep our nearly 7,000 cyclists safely moving across 150 miles of Texas roads from Houston to Austin and help us work together to create a world free of multiple sclerosis.

We have a few rest stops in the Houston, Austin, and College Station areas where we need your help! These are the rest stop and lunch stop locations where cyclists stop along the route to hydrate and rest during this exciting event!
