Setting up and organizing food service area (in partnership with catering where applicable), handing out food to participants, cleaning up area and putting away supplies. Most items are single serve. Preparing and assisting riders at the hydration station. General sanitation protocols are in place (i.e., hand sanitizer, gloves, etc.)
