Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assists the Volunteer Engagement Specialist and helps create a working infrastructure throughout the event
- Help check volunteers in, confirm each volunteer's registered role, confirm each volunteer submitted their consent form, and distribute volunteer t-shirts, name tags, and years of service stickers to volunteers at the Volunteer Check-In tent
• Collaborate with staff and the logistics company (where available) to gain a full understanding of volunteer needs
• Direct volunteers to areas in need
• Serve as liaison between staff and volunteers on event weekend
*All volunteers are expected to assist in set up and break down
