First Aid Volunteers are CPR/First Aid certified individuals and do not have to be licensed medical professionals (EMT, EMS, RN, etc.) but they can be, when available. They administer First-Aid to event participants and call in/report any more serious injuries. The support locations can include start/finish, and along the route.
