The Volunteer Lead collaborates with staff to gain a full understanding of volunteer needs. They manage a large group of volunteers across multiple event areas, may run the event volunteer check-in, and direct volunteers to areas where support is needed. They also serve as a liaison between staff and volunteers on event weekend.
