We are seeking a reliable volunteer to support Walk MS events by assisting with transportation and event logistics across a single weekend.
This role is essential to ensuring our events run smoothly and is ideal for someone comfortable with driving a truck and interested in behind-the-scenes event operations.
Weekend Overview:
- Friday (April 10): Pick up event truck in Philadelphia, PA and drive to Harrisburg, PA (hotel provided)
- Saturday (April 11): Support Walk MS: Harrisburg (early morning event), then drive truck to York, PA (hotel provided)
- Sunday (April 12): Support Walk MS: York (early morning event), then return truck to Philadelphia
Responsibilities:
- Drive event truck between locations
- Assist with light event setup and breakdown as needed
- Help ensure materials arrive safely and on time
